Brian Rohner

Brian Rohner is a recruiting consultant in BlueTree’s financial search group, where he specializes in finding employers the right fit for their job openings, and employees the right fit for their career objectives.

Prior to joining BlueTree, Brian spent over 9 years with large international financial search firms. During this time he garnered significant industry knowledge, and helped build a successful team of recruiting professionals. He began his career in public accounting working for both a Big 4 firm and a regional CPA firm.

Brian graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Accountancy. He is a CPA.

Brian currently plays soccer with the company-sponsored BlueTree FC team, and is a volunteer youth soccer coach for YMCA. He is an Atlanta Track Club member and actively volunteers on the St. James UMC Pre-School Parents’ Committee. Brian is also an ALTA tennis captain and enjoys golf and hiking.

Declan Reilly

Declan Reilly brings more than 13 years of experience in the accounting and recruiting industries to BlueTree Search.

As a recruiting consultant, he is responsible for delivering account management and permanent job placement services to our clients. He consults with businesses and individuals to identify qualified accounting and finance professionals, match individual career histories and objectives with client needs, and build long-term partnerships with companies throughout metro Atlanta.

Prior to joining BlueTree Search, Declan managed a recruiting team for one of the world’s largest staffing firms. In this role, he worked directly with clients on a daily basis and served as a mentor for other recruiting professionals. Before becoming a recruiter, Declan worked as an accountant for a New York based construction company and a finance specialist for a large television broadcasting company.

Declan received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary College. He is actively involved as a volunteer in several community outreach initiatives, and enjoys running, reading, and spending time outdoors.

Christian Nichols

Christian brings more than 8 years of business development and relationship management to BlueTree Search. As a Consultant at BlueTree Christian is responsible for both permanent and temporary searches. He develops strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout Metro Atlanta, and manages the entire search process from beginning to end in order to ensure the proper union between employer and employee.

Prior to joining BlueTree, Christian was a Business Development Consultant for large a international staffing firm. He managed client accounts while coordinating searches with temporary and permanent staffing teams to meet the needs of his clients. Before becoming a recruiter, Christian worked in Wealth Management for a regional bank based out of Milwaukee as well as an Account Executive for a large, international bank.

Christian earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Government from Franklin & Marshall College. He is a community coach for a local high school lacrosse team and enjoys playing golf, reading, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

Janeen Bruhn

Janeen Bruhn brings 11 years of recruiting experience to BlueTree, including 9 in the Atlanta market, focusing on the accounting and finance sectors.

As a recruiting consultant, she prides herself on a heavy screening process, fully understanding her clients’ needs, and then finding the best qualified candidates who have been personally met and interviewed. She has developed a successful career providing top talent and thorough due-diligence for both her clients and candidates.

Janeen graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She worked in both public accounting and private industry accounting during college, but decided to pursue recruiting directly out of school.

Outside of recruiting, Janeen spends most of her time playing and getting involved in the Atlanta soccer community. She manages a competitive women’s amateur team and Club in Atlanta, as well as a team in the Atlanta Silverbacks league. She has also played professional soccer in New York.

Heather Kiser

Heather joined BlueTree in October of 2007, bringing to the table over ten years of experience recruiting in the Atlanta market. For the past eight years, Heather has focused exclusively on Accounting and Finance positions, working within both the Contract placement and Direct Hire verticals. She provides a level of customer service that is unparalleled in this industry to both client and candidate alike.

Before becoming a recruiter, Heather spent time in the finance industry. As a Senior Recruiting Consultant with BlueTree, her specialty is working with both mid-sized and large companies across departments. She thoroughly understands the company’s culture and processes extensively, making the recruiting experience easier on hiring managers as well as prospective employees.

Heather is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Psychology. She enjoys pina coladas and getting caught in the rain. Her focus on long-term successful business relationships is what makes Heather stand out from the rest.
