Why should I pay BlueTree to fill my job opening, when I can just post the position online or in the classifieds?

Do you screen your candidates?

Before we send you any résumés, your recruiting consultant will conduct preliminary interviews with prospective candidates to determine his/her suitability for the position. We also conduct reference and background checks on your behalf, if requested.

We are committed to filling your position as quickly as possible-but we won’t comprise the quality of the search process for the sake of speed.
